For your hard work, ambition and drive as an outbound sales advisor you’ll benefit from our experienced training team who will get you up to speed on our campaigns and provide ongoing support and development to enable you to be the best you can be.

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Outbound Telesales Agent, you will be contacting residential customers by phone to promote Gas & Electricity products on behalf one of the largest energy companies in Scotland. It’s all about connecting with your customer. You’ll chat. You’ll ask questions. You’ll listen. And then you’ll explain exactly what products and services are right for them. Yes, there will be challenging targets but you’ll have a great team there to support you.

FT: Monday – Thursday 1pm-9pm Friday 12-8pm and  1 in 4 Saturday’s 10am -2pm

PT: Monday -Thursday 5pm-9pm Friday 4pm-8pm and 2 in 4 Saturday’s 10am -2pm

Essential:

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Outbound Telesales experienced is essential
  • Ability to sell using a consultative style
  • You’ll have drive and enthusiasm
  • Target driven
  • Ability in building rapport and relationships quickly
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion Skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, driven and results orientated
  • Call Centre Sales experience essential

Packages and Benefits:

  • Realistic earning potential OTE £28k+ (Uncapped Bonus)
  • Starting basic salary at £15,600 (£7.50ph) then rising to £20,800 (£10.00ph) after passing probation of 13 weeks
  • Weekly basic and Weekly Bonus, average weekly bonus of £294.00 and our top 10% advisors making a weekly bonus of £518, week in week out!

  • 12 week average bonus paid whilst on holiday; yes you take a holiday and still get a bonus!!!
