• The advisor roles are permanent, are the campaigns also permanent?

  We have been working with all of our clients for at least 2 years. Due to our results we are constantly growing the teams.

• How achievable is the bonus and when should I expect to earn it?

  When your first start there is an entry level trainee bonus where you are rewarded for each sale or work towards a greatly reduced target. You should be earning stage 1 bonus by the end of your first month. All of our bonus plans have points based targets with multipliers for each bracket you achieve.

• What is the dress code at 1call direct?

  From Monday to Friday we operate business dress. we have regular client visits and our sales floors are our shop window. There are also regular dress down weeks where you can contribute £5.00 to one of the chosen charities. Through this initiative we have raised £46,000 to date.

• The bonus sounds great, what is the basic salary?

  The starting salary for residential sales advisors is £6.00 per hour, paid weekly. Once you passed your 13 week probationary period and have achieved the target set by your manager your salary increases to £7.00 per hour. Our Business 2 Business teams salary range is from £7.50 to £8.50 per hour.
