At 1 Call Direct, we always welcome potential new telesales Advisors who get in touch. After emailing and uploading your CV or phoning for more information about the jobs available, we invite people along to our city centre offices to a group assessment appointment.

During the assessment, we create a relaxed environment where we give you more information about the job you are applying for, specifically, information about your BONUS potential, working hours, targets, environment, the support you’ll receive from our managers.

You’ll get a chance to see the state of the art environment that you’ll be working in and meeting some of your managers and co-workers. During your assessment our managers do their best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed, so that you can shine and show us your best qualities.
